Direct Seed Cost Share Program
Worried about erosion in your fields? Have a concern for polluting streams, air, and wildlife areas? The Lincoln County Conservation District and the Adams Conservation District have teamed up to provide you a cost share opportunity to address these concerns.
Our goal is to assist producers in renting direct seed equipment or by custom seeding. Sharing the cost of trying this conservation practice can help you get over the financial barrier to implement this practice. Direct Seed can help you reduce your soil loss and in the long run help you save fuel, labor time, and wear down of machinery.
If you have questions about the program, please take a look at the District’s Informational Sheet , or contact Delaini Disher at Lincoln County Conservation District, 509-725-4181 ext.119.
