Where residential burning is allowed, the burn pile must be smaller than 4'x4'x3'

Always check with your local Fire Department for permit and safety requirements before you light any outdoor fire
Be sure to write checks to the Lincoln County Conservation District and drop your application off at our office, 1310 Morgan St. in Davenport, or mail it to Lincoln County Conservation District, PO Box 46, Davenport WA, 99122.
